Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an Electrical Training Specialist (Starlink) to develop and deliver hands-on training across office, shop floor, and classroom environments in Bastrop, TX. You will collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to build content and assess skill improvements.

Responsibilities include creating materials, delivering modules, and onboarding new hires while maintaining training docs within the Qualification systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 2+ years of work experience and increasing responsibility in training coordination, project coordination, and/or learning and development.
• NFPA 70E (Electrical Safety in the Workplace) knowledge or certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training instructions using manufacturing planning-based applications.
• Lead implementation of qualification-based authority training initiatives to accomplish training & certification verification.
• Lead new course & new course content development, including the ability to build new training courses that align with engineering specifications.
• Create course materials, such as PowerPoints, student handouts, and tests for instructor-led programs with student assessments.
• Lead training modules (classroom and online) for the company personnel on a variety of technical topics.
• Engage production management, engineering, quality, and subject matter experts to gather required technical information on complex manufacturing processes and technologies.
