Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Technical Training Specialist (Starlink) to design and deliver hands-on training for manufacturing and engineering teams. The role covers classroom and on-the-job instruction, documentation, and new course development aligned with engineering specs.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in manufacturing planning and 2+ years in training coordination, with strong communication and problem-solving abilities, onsite in Bastrop, TX.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency is required.
• Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in a manufacturing planning environment.
• 2+ years of work experience with increasing responsibility in training coordination, project coordination, or learning and development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training instructions using manufacturing planning-based applications.
• Steer the introduction of training documentation used by production and engineering for on-the-job training.
• Lead implementation of qualification-based authority training initiatives for training & certification verification.
• Lead new course development and content aligned with engineering specifications.
• Identify and address gaps to reduce training-related risks.
• Create course materials (PowerPoints, handouts, tests) for instructor-led programs with assessments.
• Lead training modules (classroom and online) for company personnel on technical topics.
• Develop process specifications and research on new technologies.
• Collaborate with production management, engineering, quality, and SMEs for technical information.
• Monitor training impact by analyzing human error trends and propose solutions.
• Onboard Starlink Production Associate New Hires and set up initial training.
• Maintain training documents and SOPs within Personnel Qualifications systems.
