• Develop new courses and update existing ones using classroom and eLearning methods.
• Manage training records and track employee progress against compliance requirements.
• Research regulatory standards and ensure alignment with OSHA and NFPA70E.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts and leadership to design and deliver training.
