Job summary

ProFrac seeks a skilled instructor to teach proper operation of power generation equipment and mentor staff to improve performance. You will ensure compliance with SOPs, policies, and safety standards while facilitating on-site and classroom training.

Travel up to 50% is required; 40-hour weeks with extended hours when workload dictates. Strong communication and ability to teach technical instruments are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Journeyman Electrician License issued by state (or hours to obtain).
• Strong communication and mentoring abilities.
• Proficiency with electrical measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Instruct employees in operation of power generation equipment per SOPs.
• Mentor and monitor performance; provide coaching as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and electrical codes.
• Troubleshoot on location or shop facilities; assist in SOP development.
