Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of SME or instructor experience in electrical safety or maintenance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver structured instruction.
• Commitment to safety and practical hands-on training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and hands-on lab training on electrical safety and maintenance.
• Develop and update curriculum and training materials.
• Enhance lab setups and equipment, applying technical knowledge.
• Provide ongoing support to students and customers.
• Travel 50–75% to deliver training nationwide.
