Job summary

PF Holdings seeks an experienced trainer/lead electrician to oversee safe operation of ProFrac power generation equipment. You will mentor staff, ensure compliance with SOPs and electrical codes, and support training program development.

Travel up to 50% may be required. Strong communication with supervisors and the training manager is essential to guide staff through complex wiring and equipment procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Journeyman Electrician License required by the state of recruitment or hours toward license.
• MVR (driving record) satisfactory.
• Up to 50% travel required.
• IADC RigPass/PEC certification preferred or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety policies and SOPs.
• Operate on a rotational schedule with long/irregular hours.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and regulations.
• Mentor employees and monitor performance for improvement.
• Troubleshoot issues on location or in shop facilities.
• Assist in development of training, SOPs, and policies.
• Support implementation of new tools, equipment, SOPs, and policies.
• Ensure electricians are competent with power generation equipment.
• Communicate effectively with training manager and supervisors.
• Demonstrate use of instruments: multi-meters, meggers, oscilloscopes.
