Job summary

Torrey Holistics seeks an experienced instructor to deliver Pro Academy courses in electrical and instrumentation & controls, leading hands-on labs and safety briefings at customer sites. You will translate complex concepts into practical learning and co-develop curricula with the Senior Training Instructor.

You’ll update courseware, validate tests, and ensure alignment with NEC, OSHA, and industry standards while maintaining strong organization and communication across teams.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience training or instructing others.
HS/GED plus 5+ years in a manufacturing or maintenance environment.
Bachelor's in electrical/controls or Journeyman Electrician or equivalent with PLC experience.

Responsibilities

Lead on-site safety briefings and guide technicians through PLC troubleshooting.
Develop and refine validation tests and courseware aligned with NEC and OSHA.
Create outlines, lectures, lab materials, and assessments for courses.
Evaluate learning effectiveness using assessments and customer feedback.
