Job summary

Cummings Electrical is seeking an Electrical Trainer for our Fort Worth, TX office. The role focuses on developing and delivering technical training, performing hands-on assessments, and recommending wage levels for various roles companywide.

You will design curricula, instructor materials, and assessments, and continuously improve training environments across simulated and real settings. Collaboration with operations and HR is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have Electrical Journeyman License.
• Experience with electrical and mechanical systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Cummings Electrical is hiring for an Electrical Trainer for our office in Fort Worth, TX.

his is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, licensed electrician with a positive demeanor who is results oriented. The person must be flexible and comfortable in working closely with Operations, resource coordinators, HR, and Training in performing hands-on assessments and making recommendations that determine the technical skill level and wage required for employment eligibility for various roles companywide.

In addition, this role is responsible for the development, facilitation, and continuous improvement of technical skills training in simulated and physical environments across Cummings’ businesses.

Responsibilities
