Cummings Electrical is hiring Tradesman Electricians for our Integrated Manufacturing facility in Arlington, TX. You will read blueprints, size conduits and wires, troubleshoot systems, and terminate panels in a fast-paced environment, contributing to off-site integration and manufacturing projects.

Qualifications

• Active TDLR Apprentice License required.
• Minimum 4 years apprentice electrician experience (commercial/industrial).
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
• Experience in construction environments.
• Able to lift up to 50 lb regularly.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods on shifts.
• Capable of bending, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Read in-depth blueprints (mechanical, layout/on-line drawings).
• Determine pull box or J-box size based on wiring.
• Size wires based on amperage and voltage drop.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems in equipment and panels.
• Bend and install conduit (3 inches or larger).
• Terminate inside transformer, switchgear, generator, UPS and control panels.
• Demonstrates skills of Apprentice Levels A1–A4.
• Follow safety procedures per company policies.

Cummings Electrical is hiring Tradesman Electricians for our Integrated Manufacturing facility in Arlington, TX.

Cummings Electrical is expanding our Integrated Manufacturing team. We design and build custom, integrated, modular systems such as e-houses, electrical skids, HAC’s and UL 508A panels for a wide range of projects, including data centers, healthcare facilities, industrial plants, and more.

As part of our team, you will work hands‑on in a fast‑paced, innovative environment, helping reduce jobsite risks, accelerate project timelines, and deliver high-quality solutions. Responsibilities

• Read in-depth blueprints (mechanical, layout/on-line drawings)
• Determine size of pull box or J-box based on wires inside or passing through
• Size wire based on amperage and voltage drop.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems (equipment, devices, conduit wires)
• Bend and install 3” or greater conduit
• Terminate inside of Transformers, Switchgears, Generators and UP’s, Lighting control panel and Control Panels
• Possesses skills of Apprentice Levels A1, A2, A3, and A4.
• Demonstrates understanding of safety requirements by practicing safe work procedures as outlined in Cummings Electrical Safety Policy Handbook, Haz-Com Policy, and Lockout/Tagout Policy.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds on a regular basis, with or without reasonable accommodation

• Ability to perform physical activities such as bending, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching, and climbing as required by job duties
