Job summary

Maverick Power is seeking a Testing Supervisor to lead electrical and functional testing in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will supervise testing technicians, ensure compliance with drawings and customer specs, and drive safety and reliability across high-voltage testing processes.

Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Quality to resolve issues, implement CAPA, and improve product performance while maintaining rigorous records and traceability.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or combination of equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical manufacturing, power systems, or industrial equipment testing.
• Experience reading and interpreting electrical schematics and one-line diagrams.
• Experience working with medium- and/or low-voltage systems.
• Strong knowledge of electrical theory, power distribution systems, and control systems.
• Familiarity with UL, ANSI, IEEE, NEMA, or similar industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of electrical testing technicians; assign daily testing schedules.
• Oversee functional, electrical, and performance testing of products (switchgear, panels, PDUs, transformers).
• Ensure testing per engineering drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and customer specs.
• Review and approve test documentation and quality records; ensure traceability.
• Enforce electrical safety standards (NFPA 70E, OSHA); support audits.
• Lead root-cause analysis and CAPA with Engineering; drive process improvements.
