Job summary

Maverick Power is seeking a Manager, Test Engineering to lead all factory testing for low- and medium-voltage switchgear and related control systems. You will ensure safety, build a capable test organization, and align testing activities with revenue and ship-date commitments across multiple facilities.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong safety discipline, and deep experience with electrical test procedures and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years testing LV/MV switchgear in manufacturing.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience leading test/technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of electrical safety and high‑energy testing procedures.
• Proficiency with test equipment and safety protocols for LV/MV power distribution.

Responsibilities

• Own and enforce a zero‑incident safety culture within the test department.
• Lead pre‑shipment testing of LV/MV switchgear and control systems.
• Develop and maintain training and qualification program for test personnel.
• Standardize test procedures across all Maverick Power facilities.
• Lead a multi‑site team and meet shipment plans and KPIs.
