Job summary

Maverick Power, a leader in power distribution solutions, seeks an Electrical Test Engineer to join our North Texas teams. You will work with production, engineering, and testing to design, test, and validate power distribution and control systems for global customers.

The role requires a bachelor’s in electrical engineering and at least 2 years of relevant experience, with a focus on test scripting, safety standards, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of safety standards and testing protocols.
• Ability to develop test scripts and testing plans.

Responsibilities

• Oversee test scripts for power distribution and control systems.
• Evaluate drawings and specifications to meet customer requirements.
• Develop testing plans for factory acceptance testing.
• Support manufacturing, testing, quality, and field service teams.
• Configure devices such as PLCs, VFDs, relays, and controllers.
• Create training materials for low- and medium-voltage systems.
