Maverick Power is seeking a Manager, Test Engineering to lead all factory testing for LV/MV switchgear and control systems across multiple facilities. You will build a trained, compliant, safety-first test organization aligned with growth plans and collaborate with Manufacturing to meet revenue commitments.

You will own pre-shipment testing, ensure complete test records, mentor technicians, and drive standardization of procedures, tooling, and data capture for consistent results across sites.
