Job summary

Markent Personnel, Inc. in Orlando, FL is seeking a hands-on Technical Service Manager for its electrical testing team. You will run the local field crew, price and win work, and own job profitability, with travel up to 50% and relocation available for strong candidates.

This is a full-time, direct-hire role with a pay range of $60–$75 per hour plus overtime. You will mentor technicians, review test reports, and coordinate field work to ensure safety and quality while maintaining margins on all

Qualifications

5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance (breakers, MCCs, relays, switchgear).
NETA certification, Level III or IV preferred.
Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
Experience leading crews and comfort with nights, weekends and emergency work.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Schedule the local test crew, and coordinate manpower with other branches on large projects.
Walk jobs, build quotes, and give customers practical technical options.
Review test reports and audit field work for quality and safety.
Track job costs so projects meet margin goals.
Mentor techs and help them move up through NETA levels.
