Job summary

Kingfisher Recruiting is seeking a branch leadership professional to oversee a NETA testing and maintenance branch outside Nashville with full P&L ownership. You will drive growth, profitability, safety, and customer relationships while leading field technicians and coordinating large-scale projects.

You will manage the P&L, schedule teams, build quotes, grow key accounts, and ensure quality and safety across field operations.

Qualifications

• NETA Level III or IV certification is required.
• 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance with supervisory or branch leadership experience.
• Proven P&L or job profitability experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, emergencies, and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own the branch P&L: revenue, margin, labor use and job costing.
• Schedule and develop a team of field techs, and coordinate large jobs with sister branches.
• Walk jobs, build and review quotes, and grow key accounts.
• Audit test reports and field work for quality and safety.
• Hire, train and coach techs up through NETA levels.
• Travel: up to 50%.
