Job summary

Lockheed Martin Space seeks an Electronics Engineer to join the Electrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE) team near Littleton, CO. The role supports the LE2 program for EGSE, applying strong electrical engineering skills across project partners to shape the FBM program’s future.

You will mentor junior engineers, interface with customers and leaders, and drive documentation and design activities for test systems while traveling up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited college or equivalent experience.
• Hardware development experience with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) or similar systems.
• Experience with Creo, Windchill, Zuken, PSPICE, LabVIEW, TestStand, Python, C#, and security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, procurement, assembly, test and verification of automated test systems and data review.
• Develop hardware requirements from subsystem to all local support equipment test systems.
• Interface with suppliers, customers and internal design teams to provide low-risk solutions.
• Create test system design documentation for communication with teams, vendors, and customers.
