Job summary

Lockheed Martin Space is seeking an Electronics Engineer V near Cape Canaveral to design, develop, test, and troubleshoot complex electrical test equipment used to certify FBM systems. The role requires hands-on hardware work and on-site presence with no telework.

You will contribute to EGSE hardware design, integration, and validation, bridging systems engineering, hardware, software, and testing to ensure performance, schedule, and cost objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of design, analysis, integration, test, and deployment of electronics equipment.
• Experience in evaluating design and requirements verification.
• Experience in aerospace hardware development cycle.
• Working knowledge of RF circuit design.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership in design reviews (PDR, CDR, TTR) and resolve issues.
• Lead continuous process improvement for the D5LE EGSE Portfolio.
• Collaborate in a cross-functional team for avionics systems development and integration.
• Resolve test anomalies and support system-level testing.
• Define EGSE architecture and interfaces aligned with system requirements.
