Job summary

Lockheed Martin Space in Littleton, CO seeks an Electronics Engineer to join the EGSE team supporting the FBM program. You will design, procure, assemble, test, and verify automated test systems and related hardware.

You will mentor junior engineers, interface with customers and suppliers, and develop design documentation and test plans. Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and hands-on experience with ATE, LabVIEW/Python/C#; a DoD clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Hardware development experience.
• Strong technical background with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) or other similar systems.
• Experience in Creo, Windchill, Zuken, PSPICE.
• Experience in LabVIEW, TestStand, Python, C#.
• Must have an active DoD Secret or higher clearance, US citizen.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, procurement, assembly, test and verification of automated test systems and related hardware.
• Develop hardware requirements from subsystem to all locally assigned support equipment test systems.
• Interface with suppliers, customers and internal design teams to provide cost-effective, low-risk solutions.
• Develop test system design documentation to communicate proposed designs to internal design and business teams, vendors and customers.
• Travel and work at alternate sites up to 25% as needed.
