Job summary

RTX is seeking a Test Solutions Engineer to design and integrate electrical test systems for critical defense products. You will develop schematics, boards, and detailed documentation, while validating performance using oscilloscopes, network analyzers and power meters.

Collaboration across engineering disciplines will ensure robust test architectures across the product lifecycle. The role requires a STEM degree and hands-on lab experience, with opportunities to advance in a leading aerospace

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM; degree must be completed by start date.
• Experience selecting, calculating values for passive/active components in analog/digital circuits.
• Experience operating lab test equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers).
• Experience gained through work, coursework or labs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate electrical test products and fixtures for defense systems.
• Create schematics, PCB layouts, and documentation per industry standards.
• Validate hardware using lab equipment and measure electrical signals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware integration issues across development and production.
• Collaborate with systems, mechanical, software and reliability teams on test architectures.
