Job summary

RTX is seeking a hands-on Test Solutions Engineer within the Hardware Discipline Center to design, build, and integrate cutting-edge electrical test systems for mission-critical defense products. You will work across labs, production, and field operations to ensure reliability and performance.

You will apply circuit knowledge, use test equipment, and collaborate with systems, mechanical, and software engineers to deliver robust architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM obtained by start date.
• Experience using lab test and measurement equipment to test hardware.
• Experience applying electrical design concepts in analog/digital circuits.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate electrical test products and fixtures for defense systems.
• Create schematics, PCB layouts, and engineering documentation per standards.
• Validate hardware using oscilloscopes, network analyzers, and power meters.
• Diagnose hardware issues across development and production environments.
• Support project execution by meeting technical performance, schedule, and budget.
• Collaborate with systems, mechanical, software, and reliability engineers.
