Staffmark Group is hiring an Electrical Technician Engineer - Direct Hire for Pico Rivera, CA. This role involves wiring, installing, testing, and troubleshooting electrical systems for industrial furnaces, kilns, and ovens, in collaboration with engineering and production teams.

Candidates should have strong electrical troubleshooting skills, 3+ years of experience with electrical controls, PLCs and VFDs, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Trade school certification or college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with electrical systems.
• Experience with electrical controls, PLCs, and VFDs.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Forklift and scissor lift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Layout, wire, install, and test electrical systems on industrial furnaces, kilns, and ovens.
• Read blueprints, electrical schematics, and CAD drawings.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems including PLCs, drives, controllers, and instrumentation.
• Wire equipment meeting UL and CE standards.
• Install and fabricate components according to engineering specifications.
• Assist with equipment startup and commissioning at customer facilities.
• Provide feedback to engineering teams on product improvements.
• Travel domestically and internationally to support customers and projects.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
