Job summary

Staffmark is hiring an Electrical Technician Engineer in Pico Rivera, CA to wire, install, test and troubleshoot electrical systems for industrial furnaces, kilns, and ovens. The role collaborates with engineering and production teams, supports startup and commissioning at customer sites, and requires travel domestically and internationally.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience with electrical controls, PLCs, and VFDs, plus a valid driver’s license; trade school or college

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience with electrical systems
• Experience with electrical controls, PLCs, VFDs
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Forklift, scissor lift, and shop equipment experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Layout, wire, install, and test electrical systems on industrial furnaces, kilns, and ovens
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and CAD drawings
• Troubleshoot electrical systems including PLCs, drives, controllers, and instrumentation
• Travel domestically and internationally to support customers and projects
• Provide feedback to engineering teams on product improvements
