Job summary

New Flyer is seeking an Electrical Technician in Crookston, Minnesota, responsible for programming, troubleshooting, installation, and repair of vehicle electrical and HVAC systems. This second shift position offers competitive wages starting at $26.49 per hour, with additional benefits including a new hire allowance of $2,500, immediate benefit eligibility, and opportunities for advancement. Qualifications

• Experience in electrical and mechanical diagnosis and repair.
• High voltage experience a plus.
• Previous PLC, ladder logic, AC and DC system experience.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach and climb up and down ladders.
• Intermediate level computer skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair various Hybrid Drive systems, communication networks, and electrical components.
• Inspect and diagnose electrical systems issues using advanced electrical theory, PLC and ladder logic.
• Document work and results with various software programs.
