Qualifications

Role Purpose

Provides intermediate technical support for the Glassmaking Manufacturing Excellence Team, focusing on troubleshooting, equipment reliability, process improvement, safety, and quality. Partners with operations, engineering, and automation teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and systems troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read schematics, drawings, and technical documents
• Experience with diagnostic tools and data analysis
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally

Education and Experience

• Associate’s degree or equivalent
• 3+ years experience, or 7+ years relevant experience
• Electrical certification or ability to obtain it preferred

Work Schedule

• Normal working hours are M – F, 8 AM – 5 PM
• Support off shift as needed

The range for this position is$59,709.00-$82,100.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
