Industrial (multicraft) Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician with electrical knowledge and manufacturing experience for our Charlotte, North Carolina location.

This role involves maintaining equipment operation, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and mechanical/electrical repairs to optimize machinery performance. The ideal candidate will have mechanical experience, knowledge of pneumatics, and the ability to work with electrical components.

Key Responsibilities

• Repair, modify, and install equipment to maintain facility operations.
• Perform troubleshooting, preventative, and predictive maintenance.
• Recognize problems, identify root causes, develop and implement solutions.
• Maintain and troubleshoot PLC systems, VFDs, HMIs, and control devices.
• Work from technical documents, blueprints, and schematics.

Qualifications

• Advanced electrical knowledge, including reading wiring schematics and troubleshooting drives and motors (preferred).
• Manufacturing mechanical experience, including conveyor maintenance and component replacement.
• Experience with conduit work, lighting, receptacles, and motor wiring.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or related certification (preferred).

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $60,000 - $95,000/year

Work Schedule

• 10-hour evening shifts, Monday to Friday, with overtime and weekends as needed.
