Job summary

Procter & Gamble is seeking an Electrical Systems Owner (ESO) to oversee the electrical systems at our Alexandria Plant. The ESO will lead safety-focused electrical operations, ensure compliance with codes and standards, and drive continuous improvement across power systems, documentation, and incident response.

Responsibilities include managing high/medium/low voltage equipment, conducting regular KEA assessments, maintaining drawings and short circuit studies, and coordinating with utility

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical management of electrical systems operating at voltages above 50 volts.
• Ensure adherence to electrical/power safety systems and foster a safe operational environment.
• Maintain and review single-line drawings, short circuit studies and arc flash hazard studies.
• Keep up-to-date records of equipment maintenance, inspections and test results.
• Develop and implement disaster recovery plans for critical electrical equipment.
• Lead responses to electrical system emergencies and liaise with electric utility companies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure project execution and continuous improvement.
• Assess and manage relationships with electrical contractors ensuring safety standards compliance.
