Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an Integration & Test Engineer, Electrical Systems to join the Maneuver Dominance team at our Costa Mesa HQ. You will own integration and test across avionics, power systems, actuators, mission systems, networking, sensors, and harnessing for Omen, a Group 3 VTOL aircraft.

This hands-on role requires developing test plans, executing campaigns end-to-end, tooling, and reporting, while adhering to safety protocols and configuration control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, or related engineering discipline.
• 1+ years of experience in integration and test, electrical hardware bring-up, or embedded systems/firmware work with hands-on hardware validation.
• Hands-on proficiency with multimeters, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers.
• Reading embedded code and writing test scripts in Python or similar.
• Willingness to work with high voltage systems (400V+) under supervision.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support bring-up, functional checkout, and troubleshooting of electrical hardware across vehicle systems.
• Develop and execute test plans and procedures for electrical component and subsystem integration.
• Coordinate with design engineers across electrical, GNC, mission systems, and flight software to reduce risks and show system maturity.
• Use test instrumentation to characterize hardware and diagnose failures.
• Write and maintain test scripts and tooling to automate data capture and reporting.
• Follow safety protocols for high voltage and stored energy hazards during integration and testing.
• Maintain configuration control for test hardware, tooling, and firmware versions.
• Support FAT, ground test, and flight test activities for prototype and production systems.
