Anduril Industries is seeking an Integration & Test Engineer for the Fuel Systems to join the Maneuver Dominance team at the Costa Mesa HQ. You will own fuel-system integration testing from bench to full vehicle ground test, ensuring safe operations and accurate data collection.

You will define measurement approaches for weight, CG, and inertia, and collaborate with fabrication and engineering teams to support mass properties reporting and test campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Aerospace, Systems, or related engineering discipline.
• 5+ years experience in integration and test of fluid/fuel systems and/or aircraft mass properties tests.
• Experience with weight, balance, and moment of inertia measurement techniques.
• Experience with fuel or fluid system components and test setups.
• Adept at working safely with fuel and hazardous fluids; able to handle risk in test environments.
• Defense Industry background is desirable; eligible for security clearance.

Responsabilités

• Own all fuel system integration and test activities from component bench tests to full vehicle ground test.
• Define fuel-system requirements, measurement approach, and instrumentation for vehicle mass properties.
• Develop and execute fuel system orientation tests across multiple vehicle orientations.
• Define fixturing, tooling, and test setup requirements for fluid system rigs and tests.
• Coordinate with structures/loads and systems engineering for test load cases and configurations.
• Feed mass properties results into vehicle models and support downstream testing.
