Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an Integration & Test Engineer, Fuel Systems to join the Maneuver Dominance team at our Costa Mesa HQ. You will own fuel-system integration from bench tests to full vehicle ground testing, ensuring accurate mass properties data and safe operation across multiple orientations.

This role requires a hands-on approach, end-to-end campaign ownership, and collaboration with structures and systems teams to support FAT, ground test, and flight test activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Aerospace, Systems, or related engineering discipline.
• 5+ years experience in integration and test of fluid/fuel systems, and/or aircraft mass properties test programs.
• Experience with mass properties measurement techniques and instrumentation.
• Experience with fuel or fluid system components and test setups.
• Adept at working safely with fuel, hazardous fluids, and pressurized systems.
• Strong DAQ setup and instrumentation knowledge; familiar with CAN, Ethernet, Serial protocols.

Responsibilities

• Own all fuel system integration and test activities from component bench tests through full vehicle ground test.
• Define and plan fuel-system-specific requirements and instrumentation for weight, CG, and inertia tests.
• Develop and execute a fuel system orientation test program across multiple vehicle orientations.
• Define fixturing, tooling, and test setup requirements for bench and vehicle testing.
• Coordinate with structures/loads and systems teams to define load cases and configurations.
• Feed mass properties results into vehicle models and support ground vibration testing.
