Job summary

PCA's Massillon mill seeks an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to plan, schedule and direct daily maintenance activities for electricians and technicians. You will collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to keep plant equipment reliable and safe.

The role requires a BSEE/BSEET or equivalent, at least four years in electrical power distribution and controls, plus leadership skills. Starting salary ranges from $96,000 to $144,000 plus comprehensive benefits; on-site, with

Qualifications

• BSEE/BSEET preferred; minimum three years training in electrical field.
• Four years minimum electrical power distribution, DCS, PLCs and drives; paper industry preferred.
• Written and verbal communication skills; leadership and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and direct daily maintenance for electricians, instrument techs and contractors.
• Work with engineering to ensure capital projects meet maintenance needs.
• Supervise all personnel in the Electrical Department.
• Direct procurement for repair parts and supplies for electrical work.
• Administer policies on performance, training, safety and morale.
• Support safety program and knowledge of mill hazards.
• Assist in cost estimates for work orders and budgets.
• Maintain up-to-date maintenance records for equipment and facilities.
• Coordinate activities with outside contractors.
