Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the Electrical & Instrumentation Departments at the mill. The role reports to the Maintenance Manager and focuses on planning, supervision, and providing technical guidance across maintenance activities.
The ideal candidate holds a BS in Engineering, has at least five years in engineering (two in pulp and paper), strong communication, and the ability to work with all levels of management.

Responsible to the Maintenance Manager for planning & supervising of the activities of the Electrical & Instrumentation Departments. He will be available for consultations & assistance in problems of maintenance, staff & operations throughout the mill.
Education: BS Degree in Engineering
Work Experience: Five (5) years in Engineering Preferred, with two (2) of those years in the Pulp & Paper Industry.
Skills: Possess written & verbal communication skills & engineering knowledge.
