Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is seeking Maintenance Electrical and Instrumentation Mechanics for the Gladstone, VA Riverville Mill. The position performs preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical and mechanical systems to ensure reliable and safe operation.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years of relevant experience, a State Electrician Journeyman license, and a technical degree or equivalent experience in industrial electricity/instrumentation.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of relevant work experience.
• State Electrician Journeyman license required.
• Technical degree or comparable experience in Industrial Electricity and Instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on manufacturing and electrical equipment and systems according to established procedures.
• Performs troubleshooting and root cause analyses of machine and system issues.
• Assembles, disassembles, replaces, and calibrates machinery and parts as needed.
