Job summary

BIM Recruiter seeks Electrical Supervisors for major Data Centre projects across Germany and Europe. You will support project development, coordinate site operations, and manage labour, plant, and subcontractors to deliver on time and to high standards.

Ideal candidates have an electrical trade background and 3-5 years in a similar role, with strong MS Office and communication skills. Rotation is 17 days away with 4 days home, all travel and accommodation covered.

Qualifications

• Electrical trade background essential.
• 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, organisational and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Report to Construction and/or Project Manager.
• Work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced team.
• Ensure site operations meet HSQE standards.
• Manage daily labour, plant, and materials on site.
• Coordinate sub-contractors on site.
• Prepare As-Built records after completion.
• Follow building regulations and safety standards.
