Job summary

BIM Recruiter seeks Electrical Supervisors for major Data Centre projects across Germany and Europe. You will support project development, coordinate site operations, and manage labour, plant, and subcontractors to deliver on time and to high standards.

Ideal candidates have an electrical trade background and 3-5 years in a similar role, with strong MS Office and communication skills. Rotation is 17 days away with 4 days home, all travel and accommodation covered.

We are currently working with a tier 1 International MEP Engineering client, on the search for Electrical Supervisors for major Data Centre projects in Germany, as well as other European locations.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Electrical candidates looking for long term progression in their career.

Job Description

As an Electrical Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in the project development and implementation process. You will work closely with the Construction and Project Manager on the coordination and operation of the site to deliver the completion of projects.

Your Responsibilities will include:

• Reporting to Construction and or Project Manager.


• Ability to work with minimum supervision, within a fast-paced team environment.


• Ensure all site operations are carried out in strict compliance with company HSQE requirements and standards


• Daily management, supervision, and reporting, of direct labour resources, plant, safe execution of works and materials allocations.


• Manage and coordinate sub-contractors on site.


• Post construction survey and compilation of accurate information to prepare As-Built records.


• Carry out company compliance and administration procedures and recording performance and progress of site operations and subcontractors.


• Ensure works are carried out to a high standard while complying with building regulations, National Rules for Electrical Installations, Health and Safety and environmental standards.

• Rotation: 17 days away, 4 days home.
