Job summary

Daksta is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead the electrical construction and maintenance of data centre facilities. You will oversee on-site teams, coordinate with project managers, engineers, and vendors, and ensure work meets schedules, budgets, and specifications.

The role requires strong knowledge of electrical codes, blueprints, and safety standards, plus proven leadership and communication skills to mentor crews and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced data centre

Qualifications

• Proven experience in electrical construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or superintendent role.
• Experience managing electrical systems for large-scale facilities, ideally data centres.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in project management tools; relevant certifications desirable.
