Job summary

Highfield Professional Solutions Ltd is seeking an Electrical Lead for a major data centre project in Lohja, Finland. The role requires leading electrical installation, coordinating site teams and subcontractors, and ensuring safety and quality on site.

Contract is initial 18 months with a daily rate up to €850 and net earnings stated. Travel and right to work in Finland are required.

Electrical Lead

Lohja, Finland

Up to €850 per day - €7,500 to €8,000 NET

Contract: Initial 18 months

Rotation: Valid Passport/Right to Work Required

About The Role:

• Lead and coordinate all electrical installation activities across the data centre development
• Manage site delivery teams and subcontractors to ensure timely completion
• Maintain safety standards and ensure works are completed to high quality
• Liaise with project managers and stakeholders for smooth progress
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues onsite promptly

About You:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Lead, preferably in large-scale data centres or similar projects
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, safety standards, and project management
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
• Relevant electrical certifications and qualifications

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working in Finland or Scandinavian countries
• Familiarity with MEP installation in hyperscale data centres
• Additional language skills

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to travel and work on-site in Lohja
• Valid electrical certifications and right to work in Finland
