Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction field leadership on equivalent projects.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Support the Construction Manager in promoting safety, quality, and performance standards.
• Coordinate with craft teams and subcontractors to maintain schedule and cost controls.
• Develop and monitor look-ahead schedules and action plans.
• Lead field coordination, risk assessment, and issue resolution across project scope.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements on site.
• Supervise foremen, subcontractors, and field engineers on construction projects.
• Maintain site records, logs, and daily reports.
