Job summary

GRIDWORKS is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead field crews on utility-scale solar and battery storage projects across the Southwest and beyond. You will supervise electricians, ensure NEC compliance, and maintain safety while delivering projects on time.

The role requires frequent travel to multiple sites, hands-on layout, blueprint reading, and effective management of equipment, schedules, and costs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum four (4) years as a Journeyman Licensed Electrician.
• Strong knowledge of construction electrical systems and troubleshooting.
• Proven ability to communicate job requirements and safety standards to crews.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct daily electrical work on site.
• Supervise electricians and apprentices.
• Ensure safety regulations and NEC compliance on all activities.
• Monitor progress and coordinate with site leadership for reports.
