Job summary

GRIDWORKS is hiring an Electrical General Foreman to lead electrical teams on utility-scale solar and BESS projects. You will direct on-site electrical installations, coordinate labor, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence across commercial-scale sites.

The role requires a Journeyman Electrician License, 3+ years of solar PV experience, and proven leadership abilities to drive project success in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Active Journeyman Electrician License is required.
• 3+ years of solar PV project experience is required.
• Experience leading teams of electricians and coordinating trades.
• Strong knowledge of NEC electrical codes and ability to read blueprints and manufacturer specs.

Responsibilities

• Direct on-site electrical teams on utility-scale solar and battery storage projects.
• Plan, prepare, and execute electrical construction activities to meet project deadlines.
• Coordinate in-house and outsourced labor and manage material deliveries at site.
• Ensure quality and code compliance of all electrical installations.
