Gridworks, a leading EPC contractor for utility-scale solar and battery storage, seeks an Electrical Superintendent to oversee planning, preparation and execution of projects nationwide. This role leads electricians, apprentices and field crews, coordinating safety, quality and schedule in fast-paced environments.

Travel is required across locations in and beyond New Mexico; you will read blueprints, apply NEC standards, and drive readiness and efficiency on site with a focus on practical,

Competenze

• Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Journeyman Licensed Electrician.
• Ability to read plans/blueprints and interpret electrical layouts.
• Strong knowledge of National Electrical Codes and field safety practices.

Mansioni

• Plan, organize, and direct daily electrical work for crews.
• Supervise electricians and apprentices; ensure safety and quality.
• Coordinate with site superintendents and construction director; manage materials and progress reports.
• Travel to diverse project locations; oversee site preparation and cleanup.
