Job summary

Randstad USA seeks an Electrical Superintendent for projects nationwide, based in Kansas City, MO. The role supervises electrical components of major construction projects in power generation, with per diem for qualified candidates. 10+ years of experience preferred; per diem is available.

Qualifications

11 years construction management experience or craft supervision on electrical projects.

Responsibilities

Oversee raceway, cable tray, electrical panels, ductbank, grounding, switchgear, transformers, LV/MV equipment wiring, motors, heat tracing, instrumentation and testing.
Supervise overall construction effort: safety, productivity, materials, scheduling, engineering, and contractual performance.
Ensure subcontractor contractual compliance on electrical construction activities.
Build effective client and subcontractor relationships with client reps, A/E reps and other contractors.
Collaborate with project management to develop procedures, working documents and standards.
Authorize purchases and field changes under supervision of Construction Manager and Project Manager.
