Job summary

Upgrade Resources in Garland, TX is seeking an Electrical Superintendent for on-site leadership of a commercial/industrial project. You will oversee field operations, coordinate with the general contractor, ensure safety, and drive schedule adherence.

A $600 monthly vehicle allowance accompanies the role. The position requires 8+ years of electrical experience, including time as a foreman or superintendent, and a valid Texas/Oklahoma Journeyman or Master Electrician license.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience, including at least 3 years as a Foreman or Superintendent
• Strong safety orientation and ability to travel to project locations as needed
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word; able to coordinate with general contractor and other trades

Responsibilities

• Supervise all electrical field operations on the assigned project
• Plan, organize, and direct production in line with the contracted scope
• Monitor the short-term schedule and build daily schedules for manpower use
• Assist the project manager in preparing construction schedules
• Coordinate with the general contractor and other trades to resolve conflicts
• Oversee quality assurance and ensure NEC and code compliance
• Maintain daily reports, time sheets, and safety records
• Train, manage, and evaluate field employees; conduct reviews
