The ideal candidate should have a Texas Electrical License, 6–10 years of experience, and solid understanding of NEC. This role offers competitive pay ranging from $39 - $50 per hour, plus up to $30,000 in bonuses, along with comprehensive benefits and a growth-focused environment.
Qualifications
Current Texas Electrical License (Journeyman or Master).
6–10 years of experience as a licensed commercial service technician.
Solid understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
Reliable transportation for daily office reporting.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Must pass drug test and background check.
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Ability to work in all weather conditions.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise jobsite crews with confidence and clarity.
Coordinate material procurement with project managers.
Ensure compliance with NEC in every installation.
Partner with GCs and subcontractors for seamless execution.
