Key Role Responsibilities - Core

• Leads all aspects of the company's safety culture and demonstrates commitment to an injury-free environment.
• Manages subcontractors and organizes overall job workflow.
• Oversees company staff, subcontractors, suppliers, and programs such as Safety, Quality, and EEO.
• Develops work plans and coordinates project site activities.
• Leads project meetings and manages project schedules and budgets.
• Communicates key project information to stakeholders.
• Ensures quality compliance and supports project closeouts.
• Participates in project pursuit, negotiations, and staffing.
• Promotes diversity and inclusion within JE Dunn.

Additional Responsibilities for Superintendent 2

• Manages complex stand-alone projects from start to finish.
• Identifies and manages project risks.
• Participates in project pursuits and negotiations.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, project management, and scheduling software.
• Knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and project control.

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's in construction management or related field preferred.
• At least 5 years of construction experience and 3 years of field supervision.

Working Environment & Benefits

• Valid driver's license required; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; may require travel and non-traditional hours.
