Blattner Company seeks an Electrical Superintendent (Michigan Master Electrician) to lead self-perform crews and subcontractors on complex substation projects in Michigan. You will monitor field cost and schedule, enforce safety, and resolve issues as they arise to keep projects on track.

The role requires a Michigan Master Electrician license, 5+ years supervising self-perform crews, and willingness to relocate to job sites with 100% travel rotations.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Michigan Master Electrician License.
• Self-perform Substation construction experience up to 345kV is required.
• At least 5 years supervising self-perform construction crews.
• Willingness to travel and relocate to the jobsite (100% travel with rotations).

Responsibilities

• Manage self-perform crews and subcontractors on site.
• Track and control costs and schedules at field level.
• Oversee safety of personnel within scope of work.
• Provide coaching and feedback to assistants and forepersons.
• Troubleshoot field issues and resolve promptly.
