Job summary

Blattner Company in Avon, Minnesota is seeking a Civil Foreman to lead field crews on nationwide renewable energy projects. The role involves inspecting and operating heavy equipment, ensuring safety, and coordinating with clients and subcontractors to meet project goals.

You will travel to job sites 100% of the time, report to the Trade Superintendent, and enforce OSHA, MSHA, FRA and DOT regulations. A valid driver's license and clean MVR are required along with strong leadership and

• Ability to be located near current jobsite-travel position.
• Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors and co-workers by effectively communicating, sharing clear expectations and holding them accountable.
