Job summary

Blattner Company is seeking an Electrical Superintendent for high voltage/substation and transmission projects in the United States. You will lead self-perform crews and subcontractors, manage field costs and schedules, and uphold safety standards on site.

The role requires 5+ years of supervising self-perform construction at substations up to 345 kV, willingness to travel 100% with rotations, and a four-year degree in construction or engineering. Journeyman/Master licenses are a plus.

Qualifications

  • 5 years’ experience supervising self-perform construction crews
  • Willingness to travel and relocate to the jobsite (100% travel with rotations)
  • Progressive safety practices and program implementation
  • Ability to review bid packages for accuracy, completion, and electrical scope
  • Pass MVR, Background Check, Physical, and Drug Test
