Job summary

Blattner Company seeks a Solar Electrical Foreman to lead a crew of licensed electricians and trade helpers in a renewable energy setting. You will apply electrical expertise, read plans and specifications, and exercise independent judgment on site.

This full‑time role requires 100% travel, a high school diploma (Journeyman license preferred), and a clean driving record. You will oversee equipment use and maintenance and ensure safety and quality on utility‑scale solar projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Journeyman electrician license preferred but not required.
• Minimum 6 years of related construction experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
