Job summary

Fountain Services, LLC is seeking an Electrical Superintendent in North Carolina to lead on-site electrical installations for commercial and industrial projects. You will oversee multiple foremen, coordinate with project managers, read blueprints, and ensure profitable completion while maintaining safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in the field, with at least 4 years in supervisory roles, and possess strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience, including at least 4 years as a foreman, superintendent, or similar supervisory role.
• Experience overseeing multiple foremen/crews on large or multiple concurrent construction projects; preference for projects over $1 million.
• High school diploma or GED; apprenticeship or trade/technical training preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills; ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Pass a mandatory drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, coordinate, lay out, and manage on-site installation of electrical wiring, systems, controls, equipment, and fixtures.
• Collaborate with project managers and foremen to ensure successful and profitable project completion.
• Read, understand, and interpret drawings, blueprints, specifications, and other contract documents.
• Plan and lay out work with project managers and project engineers.
• Communicate and interface with customers, general contractors, architects, engineers, and other trades.
• Direct, train, and mentor foremen and junior leaders.
• Ensure foremen implement the company “leader-board” system and meet daily job reporting requirements.
• Act as liaison between project manager and site leadership.
• Perform overall project QA/QC.
• Lead and manage multiple 6–10 person crews and direct the work of multiple foremen or projects.
