Job summary

Fountain Services, LLC is seeking an Electrical Superintendent in the Greenville/Upstate SC area with a strong background in commercial and industrial electrical work. The role emphasizes leadership, project coordination, and hands-on oversight of multiple crews.

A minimum of 10 years in electrical construction and 4 years in a supervisory capacity is required. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, paid vacation/holidays after 90 days, and a competitive hourly pay range of $35–$45.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience.
• At least 4 years of experience as a foreman or superintendent or similar supervisory role overseeing multiple crews.
• Leadership/supervisory experience on projects over $1 million preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site installation of electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures.
• Coordinate with project managers and foremen to ensure successful project completion.
• Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Plan with project managers and engineers to layout work.
• Communicate with customers, general contractors, architects, and engineers.
• Direct, train, and mentor foremen and junior leaders.
• Ensure effective use of the company leader-board and daily reporting.
• Coordinate liaison between project manager and on-site leadership.
• Lead multiple 6–10 person crews and manage several projects.
